The Story behind Pragmatic Planners
As a retired software engineer, my career was built on crafting efficient systems and intelligent software solutions for my customers. When I stepped into retirement, I wasn't ready to let go of my love for crafting functional tools. I began by designing paper planners, but later discovered Notion, a game-changing platform that transcended traditional planning tools. Thus, Pragmatic Planners was born, with the mission to infuse intelligence and innovation into the art of planning.
Later, I began to experiment with animation, and added a few animated birthday card templates to the site. Then I added gender reveal videos. I found that the animated , musical greeting cards had a wider appeal than the Notion planners, and honestly were a bit more fun to design because each one is a creative challenge. I now have far more greeting cards than planners, but continue sell both.
I offer to personalize the templates for customers who do not want to do it themselves. It is always fun to work directly with my customers and I enjoy that very much. I'm also open to new suggestions for both templates and planners, so don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks for reading my story and for supporting my shop.
